bare feet with arms- Fantage Walk Cycle Base One
Just copy and paste clothes( only works with skirts or dresses), hair, eyes and anything else on each frame and depending on what program your using to animate it should turn out something like this: Fantage Walk Test (this was done in flash. just added a background and some stuff going around her head.
